Each entry is a last-confirmed enrollment. Every quote revalidates the live OKX.AI owner, service fingerprint, policy, expiry, and available provider bond; listing changes fail closed.
These snapshots are deliberately explicit. Unsupported or not-yet-active policies fail the free preflight before any coverage payment is requested.
